This page describes what can be controlled while a live stream is running
in the Live Now mobile app.
Available controls depend on the selected streaming mode.

Live Sports – Camera mode

• Change overlay information (for example, text or match data).
• Change the selected teams during the live stream.
• Activate or deactivate overlays.
• Select or deselect overlays on the live screen.
• Connect a remote device to control the live stream
  (remote connection can be established
  before or during the live stream).
• Add an extra camera source while streaming.

Live Game – Screen Recorder mode

• Change the stream theme during the live stream.
• Activate or deactivate Shield mode.
• Activate or deactivate Pause mode.
• View the live chat list during the stream.
• Connect a remote device to control the live stream
  (must be connected before starting the stream).

Notes

• Available controls depend on the selected streaming mode.
• Team-based controls are available only in Live Sports.
• Screen recording–specific controls are available only in Live Game.

Result

During a live stream, you can adjust overlays, settings, and controls
without stopping the stream, as long as the feature is supported
by the current streaming mode.
