Add a GIF overlay to a live stream

This guide explains how to create and display a GIF overlay in
Live Sports mode using the Live Now mobile app.

Steps

  1. Open the Live Now app.
  2. Go to Tools → Video Recorder.
  3. Tap Overlay → Add New.
  4. Choose a GIF source:
    • Select Photo, then choose a GIF from your device gallery.
    • Or select the GIF menu, then choose a GIF from GIPHY.
  5. Adjust the GIF position or resize it if needed.
  6. Tap Save and enter an overlay name.
  7. Open the live stream screen.
  8. Tap the GIF overlay you created to display it on the live stream.

Requirements

  • The Live Now app must be installed.
  • This feature is available on iOS and Android.

Result

The GIF overlay appears on the live stream and plays in real time.
