Premium purchased but not activated (Android)

This page explains what to do when a Premium subscription
has been purchased on Android but is not active in the Live Now app.

Check if the subscription is already active

  • Open the following link in your browser:

    https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

  • Make sure you are logged in with the
    Google account used to purchase the subscription.
  • Check whether an active Live Now Premium subscription exists.

Restore the purchase in the Live Now app

  • Open the Live Now app.
  • Go to the Premium screen.
  • Tap Restore Purchase.

Common reasons Premium is not active

  • The app is using a different Google account than the one used for purchase.
  • The subscription was not restored after reinstalling the app.
  • The subscription is expired or canceled.
  • Google Play billing sync is delayed.

Important notes

  • Premium subscriptions are linked to the Google account used for purchase.
  • Premium cannot be transferred between different Google accounts.
  • Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription.

Result

If the subscription is active in Google Play and the purchase
is restored successfully, Premium features become available
in the Live Now app.
