Start a live stream from pre-recorded video

This guide explains how to start a live stream using a
pre-recorded video with the Live Now mobile app.

Steps

  1. Open the Live Now app.
  2. Select the streaming platform you want to use
    (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or RTMP).
    Log in if required.
  3. Follow platform-specific setup if needed
    (for example, select or create a live event).
  4. Tap Next.
  5. Select Video as the stream source.
  6. Tap Next and choose a video from your device.
  7. Tap Start Stream to go live.

How this mode works

  • The selected video is streamed as the live content.
  • Repeat mode is enabled automatically.
  • When the video reaches the end, it restarts from the beginning.

Limitations

  • Overlays are not supported in this mode.
  • Scoreboards, match events, and Team Manage are not available.
  • Instant Replay and VAR Check are not supported.
  • Live controls are limited compared to Live Sports and Live Game modes.

Requirements

  • The Live Now app must be installed.
  • This feature is available on iOS and Android.
  • A stable internet connection is required.

Result

The selected video is streamed live to the chosen platform.
When the video ends, playback automatically restarts
and continues looping until the live stream is stopped.
