Add a speedometer overlay

This guide explains how to create and display a speedometer overlay
using the Live Now mobile app.
The speedometer overlay is provided as a Widget and displays
your movement speed in real time.

Steps

  1. Open the Live Now app.
  2. Go to Tools → Video Recorder.
  3. Tap Overlay → Add New.
  4. Select Widgets → Speedometer.
  5. Select a speed unit (for example: km/h or mph).
  6. Adjust the overlay position or resize it if needed.
  7. Tap Save and enter an overlay name.
  8. Open the live stream screen.
  9. Tap the speedometer overlay you created to display it on the live stream.

Requirements

  • The Live Now app must be installed.
  • This feature is available on iOS only.
  • Location permission is required to calculate speed.

Limitations

  • Only one speedometer overlay can be active at a time.
  • The speed value is calculated based on device location data.
  • Accuracy may vary depending on GPS signal quality.

Result

The current movement speed is displayed on the live stream and updates automatically
in real time as you move.
