Add a QR code overlay

This guide explains how to create and display a QR code overlay
using the Live Now mobile app.
The QR code overlay is provided as a Widget and supports multiple
QR code types such as link, email, message,
and other formats.

Steps

  1. Open the Live Now app.
  2. Go to Tools → Video Recorder.
  3. Tap Overlay → Add New.
  4. Select Widgets → QR Code.
  5. Select a QR code type, for example:
    • Link
    • Email
    • Message
    • Other supported types
  6. Enter the required information for the selected QR code type.
  7. Adjust the QR code position or resize it if needed.
  8. Tap Save and enter an overlay name.
  9. Open the live stream screen.
  10. Tap the QR code overlay you created to display it on the live stream.

Requirements

  • The Live Now app must be installed.
  • This feature is available on iOS only.

Result

A QR code representing the selected content is displayed on the live stream,
allowing viewers to scan it in real time.
